Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

Attach the Label

Affix the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to an authorized UPS location and retain your drop-off receipt to track the progress of your return shipment.
